From Minneapolis/St.
Paul airport: Exit airport right on MN 5. Follow MN 5 to 494
east. Exit onto US 61 south. Follow US 61 south into Red Wing.
Turn left in front of Hotel at the corner of Main and Bush to
enter the Hotel Parking Ramp on the Bush Street side. Travel
time: approx. 1 hour.
From downtown
Minneapolis or St. Paul: Access I-94 east and exit onto US
61 south. Follow US 61 south through Hastings into downtown Red
Wing. Travel time: approx. 1 hour.
From Rochester: 1)
Travel north on US 52 to Zumbrota exit. Exit right to MN 58
north. Follow MN 58 north to Red Wing. MN 58 joins US 61 on Main
Street in Red Wing. Turn left onto US 61. The St. James is one
block north at the intersection of Main and Bush Streets. Turn
right onto Bush Street; the Hotel parking ramp is halfway down
the block on the left. Travel time: approx. 50 minutes.
or 2) From Rochester travel
north on US 63 to Lake
City. In Lake City, turn left (north) on US 61. Follow US 61
into Red Wing. The St. James is at the intersection of Main and
Bush Streets at the second semaphore. Turn right onto Bush
Street; the parking ramp is halfway down the block on the left.
Travel time: approx. 50 minutes.
From Hudson,
Wisconsin: Follow County Road F south to Prescott. Turn
right (west) onto WI 35. Follow WI 35 to US 63. Turn right
(south) onto US 63. Follow US 63 approximately 3 miles to Red
Wing. Turn right at the first semaphore, travel 1 block to US 61
(Main Street). Turn left onto Main Street. The St. James Hotel
is 1 block ahead at the intersection of Main and Bush Streets.
Turn right onto Bush Street; the parking ramp is halfway down
the block on the left.
